  Didactics of the English Language     23302
Compulsory      7 credits      Fullyear

Contents: The subject seeks to meditate on how they are organized and they present the contents for the foreign language teaching (English) in the primary education and the didactic resources that are used as well as to raise the discussion starting from the focuses in the presentation of the contents in the teaching and learning of the foreign language (English) and as working those contents starting from the different linguistic dexterities making didactic projects. To analyze the didactic materials and the speeches generated in the classroom. An advanced knowledge of the language will be demanded in order to understand the language and to be allowed to participate actively in the classroom.

Contents: The content of this subject is framed inside the main currents that have existed along the history of the Linguistics, being centered specially in the different conceptions that have reappeared in the one 20th century. There will be special stress in the study of these last years proposed lines on textual linguistic, and their postulates will be revised from an eminently didactic perspective.

  Literature in English's Teaching      23305

Contents: This subjet tries to form to alumno/a in the as much theoretical knowledge as practitioner of Literature in Foreign Language (English) for its future application in the education of the English Language in Primary Education. Alumno/a will reflect on the importance of infantile Literature in the education of a second language and will learn to explode as much prosa (stories, short histories) like verse (rimas, poems, riddles and tongue twister) for its inclusion in the programs of English Language.

Contents: A psyco-pedagogic and didactic mark for the school activity of the experience modeling of the primary teaching students. Observation and modeling of bodies flotation. Observation and modeling of the change and growth: the human growth; the growth of a plant (amarylis); the growth of a population; the liquid cooling; the deposit casting. Observation and modeling of the stretching of a spring. Observation and modelización of simple artificial phenomenons.
