Throughout the subjet of Labor Economy and it is approached,
from different approaches, the theoretical analysis of the operation
of the work market. This theoretical revision is complemented
with the study of the institutional characteristics of the market
of Spanish work. The objective is to offer a panoramic one of
the peculiarities of this market being centered in diverse aspects
of the behavior of the economic agents, the structures wage
or institutional, without forgetting some outstanding problems
like the migratory movements in unemployment.
