Contents: Tax law (special Part). The Spanish tributary system. IRPF, Societies tax. Revenues of Non Resident Tax; Patrimony of Natural person Tax; Successions and Donations tax; Patrimonial Transmissions and Documented Juridical Acts Tax; VAT; Special taxes. The rates on the game; other state tributes.

Assessment: Partial examination after the first fourth month period, oral or written to election of the student. Oral or written final examination to election of the student. Of the case of the examination written, it consists in a test with different items having to respond to 60% of the questions correctly to surpass the test. Celebrated the final examination the students who, having surpassed the test, wish to improve the qualification can make an examination directed to the profit of this objective that, in no case, can imply one reformatio in peius.

 
  Procedural Law II      19403

Contents: In this subjet it is developed in depth the civil process and the penal process, as well as the content and procedure of the arbitration. Also, one takes in consideration the special processes.

Assessment: The evaluation will be made in two parts: a. -) By means of one written exam, with 4 or 5 questions , previously announced, referring to lessons 18 to 35, both inclusively; b. -) By means of one second written test, similar to the previous one, on lessons the 36 and ff, until the end. The knowledge acquired by the student with base in the following criteria will be evaluated: 1º -) Main way: the note obtained in the examination. It will be essential to surpass the evaluation to answer all the questions and to obtain a minimum of approved in all of them. 2º -) Complementary way: a. -) By means of the results obtained in tests of self-assessment made during the course. Is a voluntary tests, the student becomes aware of his knowledge of the subjet. b -) By means of the attendance and participation in the programmed academic activities. c. -) Works, previously selected in class.

Contents: Family Law and Successions Law.

Assessment: 2 examinations written of items of "multiple alternative" and "affirmation-reason". The students can use the civil Code. An exam will take place in February of the Family Law, with character liberatorio. The exams in September necessarily are about all the contents of all the subject.
