Contents:
The first part of this subjet will be distributed by the Prof.
Blond Robert: On the base of the forecasts contained in the
Constitution and the Statutory law of "Reintegracion y
Amejoramiento del Regimen Foral Navarro" (LORAFNA), this
subjet undertakes the study of present Law of Navarra: the historical
background, within the framework of the constitution and the
fundamental contents of the LORAFNA, that is, the own elements
of Navarre (foralidad, citizenship, territory and languages),
the competency of Navarre, the institutions (Parliament, Government
and their relationship) and the relations of Navarre in the
autonomic State.
The second part of this subjet, distributed by Prof. Razquin
Lizarraga: One is the study of the own Administrations of Navarre:
Navarra's Government and local organizations, analyzing same
and the their regime: contracts, goods and public function.

With the inclusion of this subjet in the Degree of Law they
are tried to reach the following objectives: 1) Familiarize
