Ecclesiastical Law of State 19302

Contents: The tutelage of the religious freedom in the Spanish and compared law. Juridical reflections (teaching, marriage, religious attendance, conscientious objection, freedom of press and expression). Juridical regime of the relationships between the State and Churches and religious groups.

  Navarra Public Law 19307
Compulsory 4 credits 2nd Semester

Contents: The first part of this subjet will be distributed by the Prof. Blond Robert: On the base of the forecasts contained in the Constitution and the Statutory law of "Reintegracion y Amejoramiento del Regimen Foral Navarro" (LORAFNA), this subjet undertakes the study of present Law of Navarra: the historical background, within the framework of the constitution and the fundamental contents of the LORAFNA, that is, the own elements of Navarre (foralidad, citizenship, territory and languages), the competency of Navarre, the institutions (Parliament, Government and their relationship) and the relations of Navarre in the autonomic State.
The second part of this subjet, distributed by Prof. Razquin Lizarraga: One is the study of the own Administrations of Navarre: Navarra's Government and local organizations, analyzing same and the their regime: contracts, goods and public function.

Contents: The subjet is centered in the study relative to the titular, use or enjoys the economic goods, with particular attention to the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court and to the doctrine of the Main directorate of the Registries and the Profession of notary..

  Introduction to the Accounting 19325

Contents: With the inclusion of this subjet in the Degree of Law they are tried to reach the following objectives: 1) Familiarize to the student with the countable terminology. 2) Analyze suitably the content of the states economic-financiers like tools for the suitable legal text interpretation in which the Accounting has implications (annual accounts, general principles of valuation, distribution of the result, bankruptcies and suspensions of payments). For it the systematic content of the subjet is the following one:
A - Definition and content of the Accounting.
B - Structure and Analysis of the countable states: balance sheet, account of losses and gains and memory.
3 - Legal frame of the accounting in Spain. Being the subjects to develop the following ones:
