Concept and source of the obligations; the universal patrimonial
responsability. Subjets and objet of the obligations; classes
of obligations; obligations to give, to make and refusals; pecuniarias

result and means obligations. Pledge, penal and right clause of
retention. The actions subrogatory and revocatory. The execution
in the goods of the indebted one: the privileges; individual and

Law of torts.
The contract: concept and evolution; the consummer's contracts;

object, also, the jurisdictional organization, as well as a series
of slight knowledge that introduce the analysis of the civil process.

Assessment: (They will be valid for June and September): It is
necessary to study the manuals recommended and, in some subjects,
given the nonexistence in the market of manual that adapt perfectly
to the program, completing the matter with the explained thing
in class. The examination is written and consists of 2 parts:
first it has 10 brief questions (time: 1h. 15' approximately),
and second consists of some of the following activities: sentence
commentary (1 h 30 ') - opinion on an assumption (1 h.) - commentary
of a legal norm (1 h.) These activities, that conform the practice
of the subjet, are made throughout the fourth month period in
class, with regard to the explanation of the program. The practices
made by the students are valued of joint way with the one of the
examination, but except for this last no it is obligatory. It
is expected of the students who learn to distinguish the questions
or the data of interest, and that write up an opinion or a technically
correct, reasoned and coherent commentary, in that apply the theoretical
knowledge of the matter.
