Contents:
Evolution of the Spanish Law from the prehistoric law. Study of
the political and legal romanization. Implementation of the Visigothic
State. The Middle Ages Kingdoms: sources of Law; formation and
reception of the "common right". Joint and development
of the Spanish Universal Monarchy. The borbónico State
and the political-legal unification of the kingdoms. Crisis of
the Old Regime: the implementation of the liberal State in Spain:
constitucionalism and codification.

Assessment: The examination consists of three parts: 1) Test of
10 questions with three ítems. (Valuation 2 points). 2)
Asks, subasks or relation asks of the material of the program.
(Valuation 2 points. 3) two practical cases: one on Property,
obligations and contracts. (Valuation and points) and another
one on Family and Successions (Valuation 3 points (In both cases
three aspects have to answer themselves): - Institutions and rules
(1 point. - Actions and Exceptions (1 point). - Reasoned answer
(1 point). It is fundamental to give with the leaf of the examination
the folio with the development of the practical case. As important
observation notices that the answer with zero points in anyone
of the three parts is equivalent to a qualification of non Apt.

part of the type; causes of atipicidad and justification; the
culpability: concept and elements; the punibilidad; the omission;
the stages in the crime accomplishment; the codelinquency; unit
