Israel Arnedo was born in Tudela (Navarre), Spain, in 1980. He received the Telecommunication Engineering, M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from the Public University of Navarre, Pamplona, Spain, in 2004, 2007, and 2010, respectively. In 2005, after two years in the industry (SANYO and NTDD), he is incorporated in the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department, Public University of Navarre, where he has collaborated in more than 20 research projects supported by the Spanish Government, the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), and the European Commission. He has contributed with more than 50 publications (articles, conferences, and patents) and taught more than 1000 hours in Grade and Master Programs. His international profile has been completed with research stays at INRS (Canada) in 2007 and at IEMN (France) in 2012. He has been also selected to evaluate research projects by the Canadian Government (NSERC) and by the Chilean Government (PricewaterhouseCoopers - PwC).
