Technical Engineer of Telecommunication in the specialty of Electronic Equipment in September 1991 and Electronic Engineer in September 1993, both by the Ramon Llull University of Barcelona. Doctor in Telecommunications Engineering in 1996 ("Apto cum laude") by the E.T.S. Industrial Engineers and Telecommunications of the Public University of Navarra (Dept. of Electrical and Electronic Engineering).

Since September 1993 working at the Public University of Navarra, in principle being an assistant, faculty assistant and doctor assistant, from March 1998 to May 2019 as Associate Professor, and currently Full Professor int the area of " Signal and Communications Theory "of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications of the Public University of Navarra.

I have recognized five five-year teaching, four six-year term of recognized research and another six-year term for recognized knowledge transfer to the society.
