The ESOPE project aims to contribute to an improved comparative
understanding of precarious employment as one of the main facets
of social and socio-economic risk and insecurity in contemporary
European societies. With a view to increase knowledge and to inform
about current policy debates on the modernisation of social protection
systems, activation of employment policies, and the quality of
employment in Europe.
