2. Fees

The conferences fees are the following

* Accomodation for up to 6 nights and breakfast in Student Residence Los Abedules. A limited number of rooms are available , which will be assigned according to a FIFO discipline.You should ask for availability by filling up the student residence accommodation form. The students can book more than 6 nights in the residence form. In this case, additional nights must be paid by the student at the residence Los Abedules in Pamplona.

Cancellations/Changes and Refunds:  Fees for missed meals, late arrivals, and early departures will not be refunded. Fees will be refunded, less a € 20.00 processing fee, if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 01 July. After that date, fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.

The registration fee can be paid by using:
