Presentation

The FUS offers the companies a responsible and distinct service in order to facilitate the access and integration of graduate students into the labour market.

 

SERVICES OFFERED:

  • Candidates´ Screening Process
  • Selection of Candidates Process

1.- Candidates screening Process

The candidates’ screening process consists on the following steps:

  • Posting the job offer on the FUS web page and its social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google +) and on the A3U-Alumni ones ( Facebook and Linkedin).
  • Searching in our database and send an email to the graduate students who meet the requirements of the profile, and inform them about the offer.
  • Candidates CVs reception and screening according to the selection criteria established by the Company.
  • Sending the Companies the Candidates shortlist.

DEADLINE

After receiving the corresponding application, the job offer is posted in our networks in order to find the best matching candidates. Once past the deadline, the best matching CVs (according to the seeked profile) are sent the Company in 48 hours (2 business days).

 

FINANCIAL TERMS

The Candidates screening Process Service fee is 495 € (IVA not included)

 

2.- Selection of Candidates Process

The selection of candidates´ process consists on the following steps:

  • Posting the job offer on the FUS web page and its social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google +) and on the A3U-Alumni ones ( Facebook and Linkedin).
  • Searching in our database and send an email to the graduate students who meet the requirements of the profile, and inform them about the offer.
  • Candidates CVs reception and verification of their professional profiles:

                - Degree (Copy of the original degree)

                - Additional courses/degrees. (Copy of certificates)

                - Foreign Languages (If the candidate does not have proof or certification, a placement test can be taken at the CSI).

                - Other relevant information: Proof of work experience, recommendation letters, reference lists, etc.

  • Verification of the Candidate´s real interest in the job offer: Personal interviews to give the candidates detailed information about the offer and confirm their personal interest in it.
  • Elaborate a short list with the best matching candidates.
  • Job offer follow-up: Monitoring of the selected candidate and the Company´s level of satisfaction.

 

DEADLINE

The Candidate´s short list will be sent to the Company in no more than 15 business days after the FUS has received the job offer.

 

FINANCIAL TERMS

The Selection of Candidates Process Service fee is 995 € (IVA not included)
