The government and administration of the Public University of Navarre is articulated by general or specific governing bodies.

The Staff Representing Board, the Social Advisory Board and the Governing Board are the first and most important. The Department and University Institute Boards like the Faculty Boards are specific governing boards.

The Rector, Vicerectors, Secretary General and Executive Director all make up the rectorate team.

Finally, there are the Department Directors; Deans and Directors of University Institutes or Schools; Department Vice Directors; Vice Deans; and Vice Directors of University Institutes and Schools; and lastly, Department, Faculty, University Institute or School Director Assistants.
