Contents: I.- General linear model: assumptions about the model; problem of estimation; propertries of valuers; inference into the general linear model; estimation by maximum credibility; the simple linear model; fictitious variables; contrasting specifications. II.- Violation of assumptions into the general linear model: multicolinearity, matrices with non-scalar variances (heteroscedasticity and auto-correlation). III. Introduction to Box-Jenkins focussing: analysis of one variable.

Objectives: To provide students with the classical econometric tools which make possible: To do an empiric contrast of some hypotheses studied into economic theory. To make economic variables forecasting that is necessary for every analysis of situation. To get a good basis to study other subjects connected with econometrics.

Objectives: 1.- To analyse, systematically, the general theory of taxes and to examine the basic elements that constitude the structure of the main taxes, into the actual tax systems. 2.- To offer student a theoretical view that help them as a guide to reflect about tax policies, the main consequences of this activity and its relation with the basic social goals.
