Compulsory 4.5 Credits 1st Semester.
Contents: Linear programming: simplex, analysis of sensitivity, parametric programming,
transport, assignment, integer programming. Multi-object programming. Non-linear
programming. Software tools.
Objectives: That students were able to distinguish, formulate and solve different
problems into lineal and multi-object programming, with its ways of formulation and
interpretation of results. To get a view of non-lineal problems, and to know
some possible methods of approximation. Also, students must operate with software
tools: QSD, LINDO, LINGO, and so on.

Contents: Theory of the International Trade: It's analysed the main models
and theories related to International Trade: Mercantilism, Absolute Advantage,
Competitive Advantage, Heckster-Ohlin's model, alternative theories into
imperfect competence.
Policies on International Trade: It's described the most important
commercial tools, and also, it's analysed some actual problems which concern
with the international policies.
Objectives: Into theorical part, students should familarize with the usual
international trade model, and reflections from the perspective of well-being
economy. Into policies of trade, the goal is to show students the aspects
related with the application or suppression of commercial instruments for protection.
