This heading covers the work performed over the different work sessions into which the Forum of Reflection on the Public University of Navarre’s Educational Model in the European Higher Education Area was divided. More than 130 actors, representing private economic initiative, education, the Public Administration and the university community at the Public University of Navarre itself, were involved in this reflection process. The University held three symposia in 2008 (on the 17th and 30th of September and the 14th of October), involving a set of sessions to reflect on the following points:
The aim of the Forum was to come up with recommendations and proposals to serve as support for the redefinition of the educational programme by determining the most significant features which should define such a programme and which should form part of the hallmark which identifies the studies available at the Public University of Navarre. In itself, the Forum of Reflection on the Public University of Navarre’s Educational Model in the European Higher Education Area was a process which catered for the joint participation of Navarre’s social and economic actors, and the academic community, and helped bring contributions from group work (the result of the Forum symposia) and individual reflections together.
