The Pamplona Campus is home to 89 different tree species and varieties, and a dozen important species of shrub. All this vegetation harmoniously envelopes the campus buildings and turns the surroundings into a privileged green area for pleasant strolls and relaxation, while also satisfying people's interest in nature. It is a beautiful public garden for the city.
The garden areas on the campus were designed to decorate Sáenz de Oiza’s buildings, create recreational areas and open-air meeting places, and represent a wide range of plant varieties from the five continents. The vegetation layout was designed by the Government of Navarre engineer Daniel Rodés Navarro.
